Progressive Process

Human resources and department managers collaborate in the competency-based selection and placement process, which is structured to ensure candidates are placed in the right job. HR manages the preliminary evaluation process and invites the candidate to the interview. Personality Inventory Test is applied after examining the applicant's suitability for the institutional culture, matching the position sought with the qualifications of the candidate. Then the candidate is interviewed with the manager in order to evaluate the candidate's professional knowledge. Upon completion of the selection process, a positive reference check of the candidates is made and the result is communicated to the name.
